Article 1: Prices include VAT and exclude shipping.
Article 2: After receiving the order you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours of the order. This is the price including shipping. At the same time we start processing your order. Payment must be made within 7 days. Is your order not paid, you get a reminder email. You will have 4 more days to pay. Thereafter, the products offered for sale.
Rule 3: We use the TNT charges. For shipping we use a postal parcels € 6.20 per shipment. For orders of € 50.00, we charge no shipping. For Belgium and Germany, we maintain an amount of € 14.00 and for orders of € 80.00 we charge no shipping. The package may also be sent insured, these costs are for the buyer.
Rule 4: When the amount is received, Reggae Urban Wear will send the ordered items within 3 working days. Is there a hurry, please indicate this when ordering. Reggae Urban Wear then takes this into account.
Rule 5: If the clothes do not receive your requirements, you can return items at your own expense. Within 2 days after receiving the order, you must inform Reggae Urban Wear by e-mail, that you return the order. Include your bank and account number. Next within 7 days after delivery of the order, the unused items have to be returned to Reggae Urban Wear. The return must be postage prepaid. We ensure that the purchase price will be within 14 days on your bank account. Reggae Urban Wear reserves the right to refuse returns or to pay back only a portion of the purchase, if it is suspected that the article has already been used. This applies even if the items are not returned within 7 days after delivery of the order or the return within two days after delivery of the order of Reggae Urban Wear by e-mail has not been reported.

Article 7: We ship in Europe only to Belgium and Germany. For payment, you need an IBAN and BIC code. That you receive after your order is received. Please note that some banks use an external transfer rate. You can best check with your bank.
